Sarah Nowlin, Chief Creative Officer, is an award winning art director, designer and illustrator. For 16 years, she has been collaborating, concepting and designing communication materials for local non-profit organizations throughout the Mid-South. Her talent affords her a variety of skill sets providing:

Fearless in her pursuit to explore many forms of expression, Sarah brings a kaleidoscope of experiences to every project. In addition to her design skills, Sarah has 8 years hands-on experience in production design and 5 years leading creative workshops. Fashion design, wood working, jewelry making and painting are among the artistic hobbies she enjoys.
Kevin Nowlin, Chief Thinking Officer, has professional experience creating communication platforms, and processes, to increase public awareness and build financial support and partnerships for local non-profits. Before entering the non-profit arena, he spent several years managing and directing numerous award-winning consumer engagement programs for fortune 500 companies.
